Pendo connector FAQ

This page answers frequently asked questions about the managed Pendo ingestion connector in Lakeflow Connect. For FAQs that apply to all managed connectors, see Managed connector FAQs.

What tables does the connector support?​

The connector supports the following Pendo tables:

  • page
  • feature
  • guide
  • report

For the schema of each table, see Supported source tables.

Does the connector support incremental ingestion?​

No. The connector refreshes all Pendo tables on each pipeline update.

What Pendo plan does the connector require?​

The connector requires a Pendo subscription with API access enabled. If you don't see the option to generate an integration key in Subscription Settings, contact your Pendo representative. See Pendo: Subscription settings.

What Pendo user permissions do I need?​

To generate the API Integration Key that the connector uses, you must have a Pendo user with Pendo admin permissions and integration key access. See Pendo: Pendo integration key.
