Configure Pendo for managed ingestion

Learn how to configure Pendo to enable authentication from Databricks.

Prerequisites

• A Pendo subscription with API access enabled. If you don't see the option to generate an integration key in Subscription Settings, contact your Pendo representative. See Pendo: Subscription settings.
• A Pendo user with Pendo admin permissions and integration key access, used to generate the API Integration Key. See Pendo: Pendo integration key.

Configure Pendo

In this step, you generate a Pendo API Integration Key. For more information, see Pendo: Pendo integration key.

1. Sign in to your Pendo subscription as a Pendo admin.
2. In the left navigation, click Settings, then click Subscription Settings.
3. Click the Integrations tab.
4. Click Add Integration Key.
5. Enter a descriptive name (for example, Databricks Lakeflow Connect) and a brief description.
6. Click Create.
7. Copy the generated API Integration Key. Store it securely — Pendo only shows the full key once.
