Troubleshoot the Workday HCM connector

This page shows how to troubleshoot common errors with the managed Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) connector in Lakeflow Connect.
Error: The task submitted is not authorized
This error occurs when the integration system user (ISU) account doesn't have the necessary permissions.
To fix this issue, verify that the ISU's security group has the appropriate domain permissions configured. See Configure domain security policies.
Error: SOAP-ENV:Client.authenticationError
This error occurs when credentials are incorrect or when an administrator account is used instead of an ISU account.
To fix this issue, confirm that the user is logging in with a valid ISU account and the correct credentials. See Set up an integration system user.
