Beta

This feature is in Beta. Workspace admins can control access to this feature from the Previews page. See Manage Databricks previews.

This page answers frequently asked questions about the managed Zoho Books ingestion connector in Lakeflow Connect. For FAQs that apply to all managed connectors, see Managed connector FAQs.

Which Zoho Books plans does the connector require?

The connector works with any Zoho Books plan, including Free. API access is available on all plans. The per-day API call limit scales with your plan, from 1,000 calls on Free to 10,000 calls on higher tiers.

Which tables does the connector support?

The connector supports 16 source tables: users, banking, organizations, contacts, items, taxes, bills, estimates, invoices, expenses, creditnotes, customer_payments, purchase_orders, sales_orders, journals, and transactions. For the full schemas, see Destination table schemas.

How far back can the connector ingest data?

For incremental tables, the first sync ingests records from the previous 365 days, and each later sync ingests records modified after the last run. Full-refresh tables reingest all available records on every run.

Which authentication methods does the connector support?

The connector supports authentication using OAuth client credentials (M2M) with a Zoho Self Client only. OAuth U2M and basic authentication aren't supported.
