collate expression

Attaches an explicit collation collationName to strExpr.
For a list of valid collations see Supported collations.
Syntax
strExpr COLLATE collationName
Arguments
strExpr: ASTRINGexpression.- collationName: A collation name to attach to
strExpr.
Returns
A STRING with the same value as strExpr.
