BIGQUERY_PROXY_ADDRESS_BLOCKED error condition
The configured BigQuery proxy address cannot be used.
FROM_SESSION_CONF
It must be set as the connection's proxyAddress option, not a Spark or session configuration.
INTERNAL_ADDRESS
It resolves to a blocked internal address.
INVALID_URI
It is not a valid proxy URI. Use the form '[http[s]://]host:port', with host and port required.
UNRESOLVABLE_HOST
Its host could not be resolved.
