Otimizar a classificação do XGBoost na GPU com o Optuna
Este notebook demonstra a otimização de hiperparâmetros para um modelo de classificação XGBoost em uma única GPU usando Optuna e Databricks AI Runtime.

Conectar-se à GPU serverless

Configurar o acompanhamento do MLflow
Seguindo o padrão do exemplo de ponta a ponta do Databricks MLflow, este Notebook acompanha as execuções de otimização do Optuna e o modelo XGBoost final com o MLflow. Cada tentativa de otimização é registrada como uma execução aninhada, e o modelo final é registrado como um artefato de modelo do MLflow implantável.

Definir a função objetivo do Optuna
O Optuna faz buscas nos hiperparâmetros do XGBoost usando o treinamento acelerado por GPU (device: "cuda"). Seguindo a estrutura de exemplo do Databricks MLflow, cada tentativa também é capturada como uma execução aninhada do MLflow, e a poda interrompe antecipadamente as tentativas sem perspectivas.
