INVALID_PYTHON_WORKER_ENV_CONF error condition
The Python worker environment carried by the config "<confName>" is invalid.
NON_STRING_VALUE
The environment variable <varName> must be given a string value.
NOT_A_JSON_OBJECT
The value must be a JSON object mapping environment variable names to string values, with no name repeated.
TOO_LARGE
The value is longer than <maxBytes> bytes, which is more than any valid environment can need.
TOO_MANY_VARIABLES
The value sets <count> environment variables, which is more than the maximum of <maxCount>.
TOTAL_SIZE_TOO_LARGE
The environment variables in the value total <size> bytes, which is more than the maximum of <maxSize> bytes.
