Troubleshoot the Anysphere Organization connector

Beta

This feature is in Beta. Workspace admins can control access to this feature from the Previews page. See Manage Databricks previews.

Learn how to troubleshoot common issues with the Anysphere Organization connector.

Pipeline fails to authenticate

If your pipeline fails to read from Anysphere (Cursor), verify the Organization Admin API Key stored in your Unity Catalog connection matches the value in Anysphere (Cursor). Also verify that the key is an Organization Admin API Key (crsr_...) created by an organization admin — this is distinct from the Team Admin key used by the Anysphere Audit Logs connector. For the prerequisites and key creation steps, see Configure authentication to Anysphere Organization.

If the key is incorrect or has been rotated, create a new Organization Admin API key and update the Unity Catalog connection. See Create an Anysphere Organization connection.

A table is missing data or shows no rows

The organization_group_members table is ingested per group. If a group has no members, it produces no rows in this table. Verify that your groups contain members and that the Organization Admin API key has sufficient permissions to access group membership data.
