Troubleshoot the Pendo connector

Pipeline fails to authenticate

If your pipeline fails to read from Pendo, verify the API Integration Key stored in your Unity Catalog connection matches the value in Pendo. Also verify that the owning user still has the required permissions. For the prerequisites and key generation steps, see Configure Pendo for managed ingestion.

If the key is incorrect or has been rotated, generate a new key and update the Unity Catalog connection. See Create a Pendo connection.
