Troubleshoot the Smartsheet connector

This page shows how to troubleshoot common errors with the managed Smartsheet connector in Lakeflow Connect.

Error: "Your Access Token is invalid."

This error occurs when an incorrect region is configured for the connection. The access token must correspond to the region selected for the connection. The connector supports three regions: US (us, the default), EU (eu), and Australia (au). For example, using an access token from the .eu instance with a connection configured for the US region results in this error.

Resolution: Verify that the region in the connection matches the Smartsheet account region, then recreate the connection with the correct region. For setup steps, see Configure OAuth for Smartsheet ingestion.
