CLUSTER_SETUP_CLIENT_ERROR error condition
This error condition has the following derived sub error conditions.
LIBRARY_INSTALLATION_FAILED
Failed to install libraries on cluster <clusterId>: <installationFailureMessage>
STORAGE_ACCESS_BLOCKED
Failed to start the DLT service on cluster <clusterId>.
An Azure storage request was not authorized. The storage account's 'Firewalls and virtual networks' settings may be blocking access to storage services.
Validate your Azure storage credentials or firewall exception settings.
