Delta Live Tables release 2023.06

These features and improvements were released with the 2023.06 release of Delta Live Tables.

Channel:

• CURRENT (default): Databricks Runtime 11.0.12

• PREVIEW: Databricks Runtime 11.3.5

New features and improvements in this release

• You can now add an AWS instance profile directly in the Delta Live Tables UI when you create or edit a pipeline.

• You can now configure cluster tags directly in the Delta Live Tables UI when you create or edit a pipeline.

• With this release, when you hover over an event in the Delta Live Tables UI event log that is associated with a pipeline DAG node, that node is highlighted.

• With this release, when you try to go to a non-existent pipeline update in the Delta Live Tables UI, you see a message alerting you that the update could not be found and you are redirected to the most current pipeline update.

Bug fixes in this release

• With this release, continuous pipeline updates are retried with the latest pipeline configuration. This fixes a bug where the pipeline update was retried with an out-of-date configuration.
