SAML single sign-on (SSO) in the account console is generally available

SAML single sign-on (SSO) in the account console is now generally available. Account administrators can now enable account single sign-on authentication using using either SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect (OIDC). Once you have enabled SSO, all account admins and users are required to use SSO to log in to the account console. Only the account owner can log in using their username (email address) and password. Ray on Databricks (Public Preview)

Notebook cell output results limit increased
